Job Summary:

The Technical Officer Health should work with cooperative attitude to keep the link and integrate the Health and Nutrition with BPHS activities in accordance with the national standards at MHNT level. To supervise medical staff of MHNTs, to provide regular support to the MHNT staff, To Regular visit from the MHNTs, to provide regular on the Job capacity building to the MHNT staff to liaise with communities Coordination and Reporting is ensuredPr

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the logistics/transport officer in managing and controlling all BRAC Fixed Assets, inventory and data bases in the provincial office as well as for MHNTs

• Prepare monthly stock report and should be reported to provincial manager.

• Coordinating the transportation of commodities, drugs and items handover of assets to MHNTs staff, and obtain the receipt and update the fixed assets and inventory in the database

• Update the consumable report of drug and nutrition commodities on regular basis.

• Supervise and check store record and items issued and received

• Supervise and control the loading and unloading of materials

• Maintain and arrange drug, nutrition commodities and stationery stock with proper recording system of usage

• Supplies drug, medical material, nutrition commodities to MHNTs on regular basis

• Collect, check, analyze and compile MHNTs monthly drug and nutrition consumption report and submit to Health and Nutrition Officer

• Conduct supportive supervision to MHT and provide on the job training regarding drug/medicine consumption and stoke card usage

• Consider stock management standards

• Use FIFO and FEFO system for proper stoke management

• Issue vehicle slip in the absence of admin for the staff tracking the vehicle properly according to movement plan.

• Any other task assigned by related supervisor

Job Requirement:

• Graduated from pharmacy faculty or institute (Pharmacist or Pharmacy technician),

• 2 years of work experience in the relevant field.

• Experience in stock management and Supervision.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

 

 




 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Good communication skills (written and spoken) of Dari, Pashto & English• Demonstrated skills in health management and ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to travel to the targeted districts and villages where mobile health operates.• Ability to support the project team and provide/receive constructive feedback Knowledge of planning/organizing/communication skills, problem analysis/solving presentation skills/facilitation, and coaching skills

• Experience of working with BPHS implementer NGOs will be given priority
