Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner/Manager will be responsible for providing world-class services to PepsiCo clients and well as external candidates by developing and leading a professional talent acquisition strategy, inclusive of the management of full life cycle recruiting for primarily management-level openings within the aligned PBNA Sector Functions while also leading a small (2-3 direct reports) team. This person will serve in a strategic advisory capacity, partnering with respective HRBPs and business leaders on acquiring talent for open roles and focused on hiring talent with the capabilities of the future to make us Faster, Stronger and Better as it relates to our talent base. TABPs are to be experts at conveying our employment value proposition to candidates and provide a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience. They must partner to provide talent advisorship and influence to hiring managers, HRBPs, and functional leadership while also leading their team to do the same. What you’ll do:

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, demonstrating excellent people management and leadership skills, and ensuring strong team capabilities and service delivery. Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert to guide and set performance standards for the team
  • Partner with internal people leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition/management strategies
  • Create comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities, business requirements, and talent gaps
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with PepsiCo hiring managers, HRBP’s, vendors, direct reports and TA colleagues to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo’s business and culture to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunity
  • Stay informed of recruiting trends and techniques
  • Develop and maintain a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent
  • Leverage social recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates
  • Initiate and participate in projects that further both TA and Business Function capability
  • Provide candidates with an accurate and compelling story as to why PepsiCo is a leading “Employer of Choice”
  • Interview and assess all candidates presented to hiring manager
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates in collaboration with HRBPs




  • Undergraduate College Degree/ B Degree/First level degree/related; Graduate Degree (MS/MA/MBA a bonus)
  • 5- 7 years of relevant professional experience, including high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professional-level hires within a corporate setting
    • Overall demonstration of Advisorship capabilities, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics
    • Previous agency or search firm experience is also relevant and will be considered
    • Previous HR experience or specifically HR Generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work, is also relevant and will be considered
  • Prior work experience within another CPG or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrixed environment preferred
  • Prior experience implementing Talent Acquisition process improvements and leading project work
  • Advanced experience and proficiency in ATS utilization, LinkedIn Recruiter Seat/License and other Social Media outlets, including diversified sourcing strategies
  • Advanced utilization of effective TA tools for the creation of targeted and proactive pipelines and nurturing long-term pipeline solutions
  • Proven ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing-related decisions. Also must be professionally persuasive with candidates, while providing best in class courtship and taking others with you
  • High level of professional maturity and track record of developing strong client partnerships
  • Supervisory experience, including performance management, coaching and development of team members
  • Must be a collaborative team player
