Job Summary:

Kardan University is seeking an experienced Manager for the Student Success Center, who will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing of the University’s Success Center strategy, Developing, supporting, and coordinating student clubs and societies. Design and help deliver career development seminars, workshops, and professional development programs.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of Kardan University, the Student Success Center Manager will work closely with a team of Success Center professionals to Support students to obtain internships, job opportunities, and other career opportunities through active engagement with employers.




Duties & Responsibilities:

Student Success Center

  • Develop, support, and coordinate student clubs and societies as listed on Kardan University’s website.
  • Help promote Kardan University’s brand through the support and promotion of impactful University events and strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Student Success Center teams to advance the University’s mission and vision.
  • Help the students identify and participate in national and international competitions promoting their professional excellence.
  • Help plan, organize, and monitor events, activities, and programs that contribute to the holistic development of students.
  • Assist students to develop interesting, innovative, and creative student involvement programs that promote recreation/sports as well as personal and educational development.
  • Create and maintain an environment for the engagement activities of academic and personal growth of students.
  • Liaise with Communication and Admission teams to publicize and promote the events.
  • Coordinate and deliver study tours to major national and international employers and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the University’s Communications Department to prepare marketing and sponsorship packages for major student events, initiatives, and clubs.
  • Supervise the Student Involvement and Success Officer ensuring responsiveness to key initiatives, opportunities, and student success programs.

Careers Services

  • Design, develop and maintain a database of jobseekers including students and alumni.
  • Design and help deliver career development seminars, workshops, and professional development programs.
  • Support students to obtain internships, job opportunities, and other career opportunities through active engagement with employers.
  • Develop and lead a team of career development specialists.
  • Assist students in finding academic or vocational training programs, writing resumes, locating potential employers, and conducting mock interviews.
  • Lead, develop and manage various career development programs for potential employees.
  • Maintain professional and continued partnerships with private and public sector employers through meetings, agreements, special events, and mutually beneficial initiatives.

Job Requirement:

  • Master’s Degree in business administration, management, social sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in academic and professional environments, ideally student affairs, organizing and managing clubs or related field.
  • Strong organizational, conceptual, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of current higher education trends, particularly in the private sector.
  • Ability to prioritize major tasks and activities efficiently and effectively.
