Job Overview
As a Junior Franchise Finance Analyst, you will be in charge of Franchise BU reporting and processes, ensuring seamless cross-markets coordination, business partnering with Sr Stakeholders and the Finance Team, accurate data, and crisp visual communications to keep the team operating. Given the responsibilities, this role gives you a stimulating opportunity to grow within the FP&A area of expertise.


  • Delivering financial planning and analysis, as well as assistance in month close activities
  • Contribute to reconciliation of system variances between various systems (Cockpit, TM1, HFM, ERP) for Actuals and Forecasts/Plans
  • Assistance in Balance Sheet/Operating Cash Flow (OCF) reviews
  • Preparation of performance overviews for Franchise BU and Sector
  • A&M budget validation and tracking, claims audit and help with settlement
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of reports
  • Support KBS Franchise Finance Lead in simplification and standardization of processes/reports/WoW




  • Around 1 to 2 years of professional experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, controlling or reporting area
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in finance/economics related
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel
  • Very good written and spoken English, other language knowledge would be an asset
  • Experience / knowledge of financial reporting and planning systems (ideally TM1, Tableau/Cockpit) would be a strong advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details and big data management
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment with frequently changing demands, incl. ability to prioritize tasks
