Job Description:

The objective of the Housekeeper position will be to clean and maintain the upkeep of the Office. This includes cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing of trash, and notifying maintenance or supervisor for any urgent issues.

Major Activities / Responsibilities:

  • Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  • Clean and stock restrooms.
  • Notify managers of necessary repairs.
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Keep linen room stocked.
  • Properly clean upholstered furniture.
  • Anticipate and respond to customers’ queries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Maintain good personal hygiene.
  • Prepare refreshment for office meeting
  • Help cook for arranging and distribution of lunch to project staff
  • Keep a record of and reorder cleaning supplies.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:                                

High School Education is required.


REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:                                            

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional housekeeping position.
  • Experience working in an environment similar or closely related to iNGO type of work.


  • Basic English and computer skills are an advantage
  • Knowledge of good housekeeping practices.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment.

  • No criminal record
  • Excellent inter-personal communication skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
