About Ghazanfar Bank:

Ghazanfar Bank, a full-fledged licensed commercial Bank, commenced its operations in March 2009. The Share Holders of the Bank belongs to one of the leading business groups of Afghanistan. Ghazanfar Bank started its operation in Kabul, Afghanistan, and is offering key financial services both under conventional and Islamic Banking. The Bank has since opened up its Branches at various key locations such as Mazar Sharif, Hairatan, Kunduz, Takhar, Pule- Khumri, Jalalabad, Herat, Kandahar besides opening another seven branches at Kabul in Sarai Shahzada, Shar-e-Naw, Karte Naw, Kote Sangi, Lase Maryam, Karte Char and Wazir Akbar Khan. In due course of time, the Bank intends to expand its Branch Network in Kabul as well as at other key locations of the Country.




Job Summary:

Digital Banking Manager is responsible to manage, plan, organize, control and guide all activities of the Digital Banking Department of the Bank so as to run the Digital Banking related matters of the Bank smoothly.

Digital Banking Manager is responsible to prepare Digital Banking products Manuals and update them on regular basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Digital Banking Manager is responsible to manage, monitor and control overall operation of Digital Banking and to supervise all assigned tasks/Responsibilities of the units and their respective staff.

2. Digital Banking Manager is responsible to attend and reply customer queries related to Digital Banking services.

3. Digital Banking Manager is responsible to coordinate cash replenishments in all Digital Banking machines as and when required.

4. Digital Banking Manager is responsible to perform all correspondences with CSC, PLL and other organization as and when required.

5. Digital Banking Manager is responsible to monitor FTP and Digital Banking interface servers.

6. Digital Banking Manager is responsible to coordinate ATM maintenance on regular bases with PLL Company.

7. Digital Banking Manager is responsible to keeping the record of Digital Banking related matters and financial transactions.

8. Digital Banking Manager is responsible to develop and integrate alternative delivery channels for bank products and services,

9. Digital Banking Manager is responsible to identify and implement innovations for servicing customers through branchless banking, using both fixed and mobile technologies (ATMs, POS, mobile phones)

10.Digital Banking Manager to ensure that financial viability and a positive customer experience are achieved in the new channels,

11.Digital Banking Manager is responsible to establish and monitor servicing relationships with internal and external parties, including back- and front-office staff, agents, networks, and other service-providers,

12.Digital Banking Manager is responsible to manage the delivery channel as a business, focusing on income and costs, working closely with other units in order to drive growth in outreach and sales.

13.Responsible for regular training in respect of transferring of Knowledge /experience for making of capacity building of their staff and also provide proper guidance to them about their duties, office manners, etiquettes and how to attend to their respective tasks.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications:

•Bachelor degree is a must in business administration, accounting and finance, Master’s degree will be preferred.

•Relevant professional certifications or training desirable.

•Minimum of 3 years of relevant business, systems, data analyst or product management and operations experience is preferred.

Skills:

•Advanced understanding of product development concepts and product lifecycle, agile development processes, and must be comfortable with understanding the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions.

 

 




 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

•Demonstrated ability to explain all online and mobile electronic banking products and services with confidence and authority, including an advanced skillset to accurately define detailed product and service requirements with technical detail.•Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, write reports, correspondence and procedures, speak clearly to customers and employees.•Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.

•Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

•Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
