افغان تیلی کام در 13 ستامبر سال 2005 میلادی به حیث یک شرکت مکمل مخابراتی عرض وجود نمود. شرکت افغان تیلی کام در بدو تأسیس به یگانه شرکت که خدمات موبائیل GSM/3G سلام ، خدمات فایبرنوری ، خدمات تلیفون های دیجیتال لیندار، خدمات انترنیت DSL ، خدمات انترنت وایکمس ، خدمات انترنت Dial Up و خدمات VCN را در سطح کشور تهیه میدارد مبدل ګردیده است. علاوه برین، افغان تیلی کام یگانه شرکت مخابراتی است که شبکه مخابراتی تمامی دوایر دولتی بشمول تمام وزارت خانه ها و سایر دفاتر دولتی را تهیه میدارد که شامل خدمات مخابرۀ صوتی، انترنت و سهولت ویدو کانفرانس برای این دوایر میباشد و فعالیت مخابراتی شرکت افغان تیلی کام نیز از جانب وزارت مخابرات دولت جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان تصویب گردیده است. افغان تیلی کام 155 شهر های کوچک و بزرگ و 34 ولایت کشور را تحت پوشش قرار داده و به زودی تمامی 355 ولسوالی های کشور را نیز تحت پوشش قرارخواهد داد.

Job Summary:

CCTV Manager spend the majority of their time in managing CCVT monitoring systems. Additional duties include monitoring equipment, preparing purchasing requests for materials needed for each project and writing daily and monthly reports regarding maintenance work provided. They must often communicate with customers to explain problems and procedures with the equipment.

Knowledge to train Individuals working as CCTV technicians must have experience troubleshooting, assembling, disassembling, repairing and monitoring alarm system hardware and electronic devices such as smoke alarms, video cameras, remote controls, audio surveillance equipment and television monitors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·      Prepare and maintain CCTV Physical and logical network Topology.

·      Monitoring CCTV cabling, camera installation, sound system installation.

·      Ensure stock of CCTV is maintained and recorded properly and one time.

·      Monitor smooth operation of DVRs/NVRs and record incidences, issues.

·      Technical Support delivery for Afghan Telecom Offices where CCTVs are required.

·      Review logs of DVRs/NVRs, record and report suspicious activities.

·      Daily report status of Cameras, HDs and Sound Systems to Line Manager.

·      Monitor (Recording, Sound, Motion Detection, Night Vision, RAID) of DVRs/NVRs.








·      Make sure Hard Disk Replacement under supervision of Line Manager and ensure the recording data is backup and shave for the required time period.·      Manage and maintain forms for Playback, Backup, HD Replacement·      Maintain and document IP addressing for DVRs/NVRs and IP Cameras.

·      Record daily issues in Case management system or log sheet.

·      Ensure daily activities are compliant to IT Policies and Procedures.

·      Collect reports from Branches regarding smooth operation of Branch CCTV Infrastructure.

·      Manage and Maintain and store passwords in complex format and totally confidential and restricted from unauthorized access.

·      Never to perform any major activity without informing and approval of Line Manager and analyzing possible affects and risks.

·      Being fully aware of Policy and Procedures of IT, CCTV and make sure it is being followed in daily operation by System section staff.

·      Make sure CCTV camera should be monitored and recorded the video for the duration of time as mentioned in the policy.

·      Make sure and check video cameras located in strategic points in the data center that are monitored by security personnel? Is the video surveillance recorded for possible future play-back

Job Requirement:


·      Bachelors of Science in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering


·      At least three years of progressively responsible work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified for bachelor’s degree and one year of experience for master degree.

Skills Required:

·      Strong understanding of a process driven environment

·      Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches.

·      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

·      Strong written and verbal skills and interpersonal skills

·      Strong customer service experience required

·      Availability to work overtime in times of emergency and specialized project deliveries.

·      Understand and manage the pressure of a 24×7 customer support environment.
