About Ministry of Public Health:

Founded:

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) is tasked with a critical mandate; to deliver and promote sustainable and accessible health care services to the people of Afghanistan. Social and economic advancement can only be realized in a thriving and healthy society. The success of the MoPH is heavily driven in its ability to plan and use allocated resources effectively. Effective financial management is therefore critical for sustainable development and is the primary tool that translates the MoPH development strategies into noticeable outcomes or service delivery. Good governance and democratic accountability relies on transparent management of the MoPH budget. Therefore, ineffective financial management undermines the effectiveness and efficiency of development interventions and hinders the country’s progress towards improved and sustainable health care. MoPH finance directorate is going through a reform process and after reviewing the structure of finance directorates of other line ministries such as MRRD, MoE and MAIL, has proposed a new and standard structure that is approved by MoPH leadership, for this purpose MoPH needs a qualified staff as head of coordination and reporting unite, to take the responsibility of overall coordination and financial reporting of MoPH.

هدف ايجاد سمت (پست) :

 

 تنظيم و تهيه امور انستيزي قبل از عمليات، در جريان عمليات هاي جراحي و مواظبت مريضان بعد از عمليات هاي جراحي

Duties & Responsibilities:

مسؤليت ها :

  • تنظيم امور انستيزي قبل در جريان وبعد از عمليات ها براي مريضان
  • تنظیم و جمع آوري ارقام دقيق و به موقع مريضان تحت تداوي مطابق رهنمود ها ، فارمها ولوايح کاري
  • راجستر نمودن تمام واقعات از قبل پلان شده و عاجل وترتیب نمودن لست نوکریوالی پرسونل انستيزي
  • نظارت ازمراقبت وتهيه الماري ضمايم وسايل عاجل دراطاق ريکوري وعمليات خانه
  • تنظيم وتهيه سامان وسايل انستيزي مورد نياز دراطاق ريکوري وعمليات خانه دراوقات ضرورت
  • ارتقاء ظرفيت کاري پرسونل انستیزی مطابق رهنمودهاي ملي
  •  انجام نمودن نوکريوالي 24 ساعته مطابق تقسيم اوقات .
  • نظارت از مراعات نمودن جدي تمام شرايط وقايه انتان.
  • تعقيب، تطبيق و مراعات نمودن جدي ستندرد هاي تعين شده در بخش مر بوطه
  • اشتراک فعال درارزيابي ربع وار ستندرد هاي تعين شده دربخش مربوطه
  • تهيه نمودن پلان کاري ستندرد ها مطابق ارزيابي ربع وار و تعقيب پلان کاري تهيه شده
  • مراعات نمودن جدي تمام شرايط وقايه انتان و مراعات نمودن يونيفورم طبي.

شاخص هاي انجام وظيفه:

  • در ساعات رسمي کار طي سال سپري شده غيرحاضري غير قانوني نداشته باشد
  • بهبود در پيشرد ستندرد هاي انستزي مطابق پلان
  • نبود اختلاطات ازباعث انستيزي

 

 




 

 

Job Requirement:

شايستگي ها:     

  • داشتن سند MD تایید شده توسط وزارت تحصیلات عالی
  • داشتن سند تخصص در بخش انستیزی تایید شده توسط وزارت صحت عامه/ وزارت تحصیلات عالی
  • داشتن مهارت های خوب افهام وتفهیم.
  • برخورد خوب و رفتار خوشایند با مریضان، مراجعین و همکاران.
  • داشتن مهارت های عالی تحریر، تکلم و خواندن زبان های دری، پشتو و انگلیسی.
  • داشتن مهارت ابتدایی کمپیوتر در پروگرام های آفیس.
